Echoes and Stars 
Matt, on #10 – I'd love to hear more. There is much talk about what a difficult calling it is to be a pastor, how we need to guard our boundaries better, etc. And to some extent it is true – but I think most pastors (myself included) don't have a clue what it's like to work a vocation out in the real world and be a faithful part of a church family. I want to learn.Can you tell us more about what you know now and what would have changed in your pastoral approach if you had known it then?

Matt, you are my favorite Christian pastor turned banker… wanna be singer.I'm not sure if #4 is a personal confession or statement of victory. It could go either way.Your race comment resonated with me. I wrote about it this week. My foreign born, Spanish, wife and I watched West Side Story last Saturday at a theater. The racism of 1957 is just as real today. In 1957 the Jets & Sharks had deep racist feelings that were passed on. In 2012, America has not changed one bit. Apart from God, it cannot ever change & that is a very sad reality.
