1. Today is warmer than yesterday, I blame climate change.

#7 and #9 remind me of a pastor from a hip urban church that I once saw tell a group of people how the biggest sin in the Church is consumerism, as he stood in a Panera Bread, Macbook and iPhone on the table in front of him.

About 7, preachers with multiple Tivos and home theaters should really avoid denouncin gconsumerism.
About 9, those books should also all be published strictly under the most liberal open copyrights possible. 😉 It’s pretty amazing to consider that in ten years some church I’ve heard about went from advocating everyone go open copyright because intellectual property was an outmoded idea to having a crazy quilt of licensing and terms of use notices on all their very-much copyrighted and trademarked material. .
